The interior has a calm atmosphere, and the staff's service is pleasant. Drinking from a slender glass feels very stylish. The sashimi is all fresh, and the sea urchin is not fishy and delicious. The tempura of wild vegetables has a light batter, a good aroma, and is crispy. The avocado and tofu salad has a clever layering of flavors that left an impression. There is a selection of local sake that pairs well with the dishes, allowing for a relaxed enjoyment.

The interior has a moody atmosphere and is stylish, and the staff are very pleasant. Starting with the edamame as an appetizer, all the creative snacks pair well with the drinks. The sashimi is fresh, and the sea urchin in particular has a wonderful aroma and is easy to eat. The tempura of wild vegetables is crispy and rich in flavor. The avocado and tofu salad has a perfect balance of flavors that makes you want to keep eating. It pairs excellently with the local sake 'Matsunoi' and the local beer 'Hakkaisan', making you want to drink more.
