Hinokiya's ramen is extremely delicious. The limited menu item, Chicken Shiratsuyu Shio Ramen Xmas Version, in particular, has an exquisite salty soup based on chicken stock and is rich and tasty on the palate. The noodles are also medium-fine and straight, with a smooth texture.
