I stopped by a takeout specialty shop for lunch. I was able to pick up a freshly made bento right there, and the moment I opened the lid, a savory aroma spread out. The beef tongue was thick yet tender, and with each bite, the juices flowed, bringing me happiness. The set that allows you to compare two types, salt and miso, was enjoyable with its flavor variations, keeping me engaged until the end. The side dishes, smoked tongue and mapo tofu rice, were also carefully prepared, and I was completely satisfied even without alcohol. With a wide variety of options, I look forward to trying a different bento next time.
