The interior has a calm atmosphere, with partitions that allow for a leisurely dining experience. The fragrant eel is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, which is very satisfying. The aroma of sansho pepper pairs well, and the rolled omelet and pickles were also well balanced. It is delicious on its own, but you can enjoy variations in flavor by adding wasabi or shredded nori, or by pouring broth over it. The Arima stew is not heavy and has a pleasant aroma of real sansho pepper, and the desserts, such as chestnut ice cream and mandarin sorbet, were refreshing and good. The service was smooth, and there are various seating options like tatami rooms and counters, allowing for a relaxed time.
