When you stop by during a stroll by the waterfall, the fragrant skewers smell wonderful and get you excited. When you order, they warm them up by the charcoal fire, making them taste as if they are freshly made. The grilled sweetfish is packed with eggs, and the salt level is well-balanced, allowing you to enjoy it from head to tail. The flat zaru soba is easy to slurp down, and you can savor it slowly at a table inside the restaurant. You can also enjoy tea and water, and the flavor from the kettle adds a pleasant touch that delights the throat. The staff is kind, and the atmosphere allows people choosing dumplings and sweetfish to relax as they please, and I’m happy that they also offer non-alcoholic beer.
