It's a type of place that you enter from the back of an alley, giving it a bit of a hidden gem feel that is exciting. Inside, it is bright and clean, with a counter and tatami seating, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. There are many creative dishes that value local flavors, and the sashimi and light snacks are plentiful. The fragrant grilled chicken nanban and the rich motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot) particularly left an impression. The sashimi platter, bamboo shoot tempura, and grilled sweetfish were all delicious, and the service was smooth. The location is a bit hard to find, so it's reassuring to check it out before you go.

The atmosphere is like a hideaway, and the bright and clean interior at the end of the corridor is pleasant. There is a counter and a tatami room, allowing you to relax comfortably. You can enjoy a wide range of dishes from classics like sashimi and tempura to more creative options. I particularly liked the fragrant grilled chicken nanban and the rich and flavorful offal hot pot. The seasoning enhances the quality of the ingredients, and the preparation feels just right. The service is smooth, and the consistency of the food and service provides reassurance.
