You can see the kitchen from the counter, and it feels lively and exciting. There is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, making it fun to choose from options like beer and sake. The specialty, mackerel, has just the right firmness, a pleasant aroma, and makes you want to keep eating. The grilled pork with Saikyo miso enhances the sweetness of the fat, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The fried lotus root and celery pickled in ponzu have a great texture and are just right for snacking. The staff is quick and friendly, and the seasoning is well-balanced overall, which left me satisfied.
