This is a shop located at a roadside station where you buy a meal ticket before taking a seat. The touch panel vending machine is easy to use once you get the hang of it, and your order is sent directly to the kitchen. The handmade soba is made from 100% Ohtawara-produced buckwheat flour, which has a rich aroma that brings happiness the moment you slurp it. The freshly fried tempura, with sweet and crispy pumpkin and thick bell peppers, pairs well with the bonito-flavored dipping sauce. The curry made with Ohtawara beef is so flavorful that even a large serving of rice can be eaten easily, and it's nice that they provide separate plates and cutlery for children. There are tatami rooms and children's chairs available, and the food arrives quickly, making it a relaxing experience for families.
