Cold noodles at -196 degrees! A restaurant with fun presentation and delicious grilled shabu-shabu! It was my birthday and I remember I was seriously happy when my friend made a reservation for me. She wanted me to come to Minoh lol! Once we got to Minoh, we looked for a cab to the restaurant! Gorgeous! LOL! The restaurant, located in front of Minoh Q's Mall, had a great atmosphere at night! The incredibly large "noren" curtain was impressive and gave the place an upscale feel! Once inside, I was guided to a table in the back! The proprietress-like person gave us an explanation, which was cheerful, easy to understand, and interesting, which made a good impression on us. There were two courses available, and we chose the Juroku course! The course content was of the type that allowed for a variety of choices, and it was hard for everyone to agree on what to do lol! Juroku: 5300 yen course! Mellow kimchi with black wagyu beef and Chinese cabbage! The meat is in the kimchi and it's so delicious! It makes me miss rice. It makes me miss rice. My friend invited me to visit during lunch time. From the lunch menu, I had the Kuroge Wagyu ribs with a layer of purgokoro. The meat was thick and fatty. The sweet and spicy sauce was thick and the egg yolk and umami of the meat were perfectly balanced. Vegetables were also included, but they were soaked in the sauce.
