The counter is clean and bright, creating a space where you can relax the moment you sit down. The appetizer of baby eel and the hot new potato miso are carefully prepared, raising expectations from the start. The fresh sashimi platter is abundant in variety, with each piece firm and exceptionally flavorful. The teriyaki fish has a delightful contrast between the tender flesh that falls apart and the crispy skin, making it hard to resist having another drink. Seasonal dishes like tempura of bamboo shoots and wild vegetables are lightly fried, allowing you to fully enjoy the aroma of the ingredients. Coupled with the gentle hospitality of the owner, I felt this was a wonderful place for adults to savor Japanese cuisine thoroughly.
