When I entered the shop, the kitchen seemed very busy, but the staff warmly welcomed me. Inside, the layout is narrow at the entrance and long towards the back, with several table seats that provide a relaxing atmosphere. The ramen and rice bowls have an excellent thickness and aroma from the sauce, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. Adding soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil from the table to my liking deepens the flavor even more. There were constant phone orders for delivery, showing how much the locals love this place. In between bringing out the dishes, the owner shared stories about the area, and I had a wonderful time.
