The quiet atmosphere and the subtly dim lighting in the store make it very comfortable. There is plenty of space between the counter and tables, allowing for a leisurely time. You can enjoy a wide range of elements from Japanese, Western, Chinese, and even Thai cuisine, and just looking at the menu is exciting. The flounder carpaccio has dill and yuzu pepper as accents, and the flavor of the fish comes through strongly. The grilled summer vegetables with tapenade and the blanched lettuce with oyster flavor also highlighted the quality of the ingredients. In addition to cutlets and pho, I was very satisfied to enjoy a fragrant margherita with a crispy crust.
