When you enter the shop, a gentle couple warmly welcomes you. The exterior has a traditional charm, and the loquat fruit in the parking lot catches the eye. The tempura is fried in canola oil, and the batter is well-seasoned, making it a perfect accompaniment to rice. In particular, the fried sardines from Choshi are fluffy, tender, and the freshness is distinctly noticeable. The complimentary items like kelp marinated in vinegar and pickled onions with plum vinegar are delightful, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. In an area with few dining options, this is a precious place where you can leisurely enjoy handmade soba and fried dishes.
