A soba restaurant steeped in Showa nostalgia

Sumikichi is a soba restaurant that retains a strong atmosphere of the Showa era. The Sarashina-style soba has a refreshing texture and pairs perfectly with the soba dipping sauce. The interior is spacious and creates a homely environment, enveloped in a nostalgic ambiance. Every dish is consistently delicious, and the curry made with soba dipping sauce is particularly outstanding.

The traditional atmosphere is pleasant, allowing for a calm experience. The soba has a bright color, and I enjoyed its smooth texture. The broth has a classic flavor, with a sweetness that pairs well with the soba. The curry, rich in dashi, contains pork and is easy to eat. I also enjoyed the condiments of powdered wasabi and green onions, as well as the slightly cloudy soba water. There are thin noodles and kishimen available, and the restaurant has a parking lot, making it easy to stop by.
