It is fun to experience flowing somen noodles by the clear spring water. Water flows gently beside the seats, and it is exciting to see trout and carp swimming. The warm soba has a light fragrance of yuzu and a simple, gentle flavor. The condiments, such as green onions, seaweed, and tempura bits, pair perfectly, making it easy to eat. The grilled river fish is tender and fragrant, and dishes like grilled carp and carp soup are refreshing. There is also a satisfying selection of sakura salmon sashimi, millet rice, pickles, and fruits.
