It has an izakaya style, but you can thoroughly enjoy the ramen. The gentle soy sauce broth spreads the aroma of dried sardines, making it easy to eat until the end. The medium-thick curly noodles have a nice chewiness and do not become soggy until the end, which is delightful. The long slices of chashu are tender and soft, with no unpleasant smell, and they pair well with spinach, menma, and green onions. The interior is clean and spacious, and you can enjoy gyoza along with beer, sake, and shochu. There are variations of the base Chinese soba, including rich styles and red and black options, making it fun to choose.
