It is located at the end of a narrow path surrounded by rice fields in a quiet house. The soba noodles are made from buckwheat seeds grown in their own fields, ground and prepared into 100% buckwheat noodles, releasing a fragrant aroma. The handmade noodles have a unique firmness and smoothness, and when tasted plain, they reveal a hint of sweetness. The dipping sauce, enriched with the umami of bonito flakes and kelp, has a pleasant depth that pairs well with the soba. There are several small side dishes, and the daikon radish in oden is well-infused with flavor and delicious. There are plenty of fried vegetables, and you can enjoy your meal slowly in a tatami mat space.
