I casually stopped by and ordered handmade soba, and I was first surprised by the strength of the aroma. The noodles have a firm texture and a delicate mouthfeel, and the moment I slurped them, I felt happiness. The slightly sweet dipping sauce is full of umami, and I ended up drinking every last drop. The mori soba is also rich in flavor, and the combination of the cold noodles and the dipping sauce is outstanding. The shop has a simple appearance, but I was impressed that I could eat soba of this level in the middle of a rice field. I was very satisfied to enjoy authentic soba while relaxing in the laid-back interior, which has manga available.
