The interior is clean and allows for a relaxed atmosphere. There are many dishes centered around sprouted brown rice, offering a gentle taste that is kind to the body. The black vinegar inari sushi has a fun pop and chewy texture, and the flavor is well absorbed by the fried tofu, making it delicious. The side dishes include pickles, white sesame salad, simmered dishes, and tomato koji ratatouille, all of which are well-seasoned and encourage you to keep eating. The sprouted brown rice is mixed with black rice, and the flavor expands with each bite. I also enjoyed the brown rice mochi with sauce and the seaweed roll-style dish with brown rice mochi, and after the meal, I felt refreshed.
