When you enter the restaurant, there are spacious table seats and a raised area where you can relax. The chef is from Yangzhou, and the sound of pots and pans from the kitchen gives a sense of professional skill. For lunch, there are several set options, and I chose a combination of five-flavor shrimp fried rice and half chicken soba. The fried rice is fluffy with the rice grains separate, and the small shrimp are plump, with a gentle yet rich flavor. The broth of the chicken soba is light and deeply flavorful, with the aroma of herbs and the richness of chicken oil spreading gently, providing a soothing experience. The friendly service from the owner is also pleasant, and I am very satisfied to enjoy authentic Yangzhou Chinese flavors in a casual setting.
