As soon as you enter, you can see the soba-making process through the glass, which gives a sense of authenticity. It's also convenient to be able to park your car in front of the shop. The menu features not only the classic handmade soba but also playful options like tomato-based and tantan-style soba, as well as chicken tempura with plum and wakame. The noodles have a firm texture, and the slightly wild cut makes them enjoyable to bite into, pairing well with the sharpness of the dipping sauce. The mildly spicy meat dipping sauce, which contains pork, is rich in flavor and warms the body. The tororo (grated yam) is served separately with an egg yolk, allowing you to mix it in according to your preference and enjoy a change in flavor.
