There are counters and tables, making it comfortable whether you're alone or with friends. There are various dishes available, and the cream cheese marinated in soy sauce becomes aromatic when topped with wasabi. The squid marinated in rice malt has a crunchy texture, and the perilla leaves and white sesame seeds provide a nice accent. The freshly fried sweet potato fritters are packed with ingredients, and the contrast between the fluffy and crispy textures is enjoyable. The 80/20 buckwheat noodles have a smooth texture that goes down easily, lightly flavored, and can be enjoyed while adding more dipping sauce. The cold buckwheat noodles combined with the umami of duck and the aroma of green onions are also outstanding.
