This cafe, which opened in April 2018, was born as a new place of relaxation in Arakawa Ward, Tokyo. It has become a beloved spot for local people, attracting many visitors every day. Since its opening, it has been rooted in the local community, continuously providing a warm atmosphere.

The owner couple, Kazuhiro and Hiroko Asami, moved to Paris with their family in 2007, where they studied both architecture and cuisine. Kazuhiro worked as an architect at Shigeru Ban's Paris office, while Hiroko trained at a local pastry store.
