The salt tongue, meat, and hormone are all really delicious, but you should especially try their specialty, the ultimate raw tongue salt. If you leave the seasoning to the owner, he will let you try it in various ways every time, which is also very thoughtful and pleasing. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for flavor.
