I was very satisfied with the taste of the fugu dishes. From sashimi to fugu nabe and seafood, all were delicious. The tempura and the shichirin grill of fugu were especially good with a nice charred taste. The zosui (rice porridge) was also excellent. The view of the Sea of Japan in winter was wonderful and the trip was very satisfying. I would like to try fin sake next time.
