Soba is a thin noodle that has a chewy texture and goes down smoothly. The dipping sauce has a gentle sweetness and a well-rounded flavor. The tempura bits in the bukkake style add a nice crunch and a toasty aroma that serves as a good accent. The katsudon is sweet and savory, with the meat being fluffy and tender, providing great satisfaction. The oyakodon is also very delicious. The interior of the restaurant is homey, the service is warm, and the atmosphere is very comfortable.

Katsudon is a dish consisting of a deep-fried pork cutlet, egg, and condiments over a bowl of rice. The balance of the beautiful color of the egg, the rich flavor of the 'kaeshi' seasoning, the thick cutlet cooked with 'kaeshi', and the perfect texture of the coating all come together with the 'tsuyudaku' rice for a fantastic combination. This is the essence of 'Showa-era Katsudon'!
