Upon entering the store with its calm lighting, I feel at ease as the cheerful owner greets me in front of the teppan grill. Just waiting while listening to the sounds of cooking at the counter is exciting. The special okonomiyaki, which is the signboard dish, has a wonderfully light and crispy surface thanks to the generous amount of tenkasu and offal. It's also fun to choose the sauce from sweet to spicy, allowing me to customize the flavor to my liking. Biting into it straight from the teppan while it's still hot, the savory aroma and deliciousness overlap, making me crave rice. I can relax while watching TV, making it a comfortable place where I want to linger, whether with friends or alone.
