Morning at Compal in Sakae, Nagoya City - Happy eating! When it comes to Nagoya, morning is the best! The morning doesn't start without food, right? Since I was staying in Sakae, I searched for a restaurant nearby! I picked up a few places, Let's decide on the morning of the day! So, we went to Compal Sakae Nishi! The store is located in the Sakae basement. I have been to Compal in Meieki, but I didn't like the smell of cigarettes there... This restaurant is non-smoking, so you can spend your time comfortably. Speaking of Compal, they serve sandwiches, but they also serve morning breakfast. 8:00 to 11:00 only Morning set: Ham and egg toast served with your choice of drink for +130 yen We chose mixed juice as our drink! It was a little different from the type of juice we drink in Kansai, but it went down my throat and was pleasant for my feverish state! Toasted thin bread, fried egg, ham and cabbage sandwich! The sauce tasted slightly sweet like Worcestershire sauce. This was kind of cheap and janky! It's a little hard to eat because of the many ingredients and the high water content compared to the thinness of the bread. I think it is better to eat it as soon as possible! Most people eat this morning meal in the morning. Sakae is more relaxed and cozy! I feel full and energized, even on a morning when I was feeling down!
