The restaurant was lively and the staff was cheerful and friendly; there were three of us at the end of the counter on the first floor, so it felt a little cramped, but the food was all delicious.
This is a creative Japanese cuisine with only counter seats, allowing for a calm and enjoyable experience. The seasonal hassun is visually beautiful, and you can feel the craftsmanship in each piece. The shirako can be enjoyed in three forms: sashimi, croquette, and meat-wrapped, bringing a smile to your face. The combination of anago and wagyu is also a great match, enhancing the umami. The final dish, the takikomi gohan, is filled with plenty of snow crab, and the aroma of ginkgo combined with the rice's perfect texture is delightful. Even the final blue cheese ice cream leaves a high level of satisfaction, lingering in your memory.
