The restaurant has a traditional atmosphere that is very calming. There are both counter seats and tatami mat seating, which gives a sense of being run by a family. It seems they have honed their skills at a well-known establishment, and the sushi preparation is very meticulous. The rice has a mild acidity that pairs well with the toppings, and the sweet shrimp and eel were particularly impressive. The chirashi is also packed with ingredients, and the overall satisfaction, including the soup, is high. The oyster sushi, which has a bit of a twist, was also enjoyable, making for a delightful meal.
