It is wonderful to be in a place with a great view, where you can see the castle from the window. The private room has a Japanese aesthetic, allowing for a relaxed and calm experience. Since it operates on a reservation basis with limited seating, you can enjoy the course without worrying about others around you. The clear seafood soup, cheese brûlée, and a dish of cold corn particularly left a lasting impression. Each plate is beautifully colorful, the flow of flavors is exquisite, and the pairing is outstanding. The service is warm and attentive, allowing for a happy dining experience until the very end.

The atmosphere is calm, and the service is warm. The freshly made chilled tofu is slightly warm, and the aroma of soybeans gently spreads. It is delicious enough with just a little salt, even without soy sauce, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the beans. The thick fried tofu is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and it is light enough to eat more and more. From black sesame tofu to soy milk, okara, and miso soup loaded with tofu, everything has a wonderful aroma and is satisfying. The careful work characteristic of this place, said to be the origin of chilled tofu, has conveyed the deliciousness of tofu, leading to a new discovery.

The red sea urchin, which I had as an extra nigiri, was delicious.
Tsukuda's rice is hard and salty rather than vinegared, which is perfect for the rich and sweet red sea urchin.
Today's menu was as follows: Wakadaishou's grilled eggplant with shako and turban shell and vinegared cucumber with olive oil and pepper were also very tasty.
The nigiri items were particularly impressive: castle flounder, sea bream, red leg prawn, nodoguro, and soft steamed abalone.

Incredibly delicious steaks and hamburgers are produced by a chef who has a strong personality!
I like the owner, but opinions seem to be very divided and there is a lot written about him on the internet...
It's very interesting and fun, but if you want to eat slowly, I recommend a private room!
The owner is very supportive of students, among them Waseda students get a Waseda discount! LOL!
Even though I was a graduate, he gave me a small discount at the end and I was touched by his warmth!
The price is a bit expensive, but you should try it!

Simple yet flavorful dishes that make the most of the ingredients. I enjoyed the essence of Japanese cuisine. I visited for lunch, and we finished a bottle of wine between the two of us. Dining in the spacious kitchen area was very comfortable.
This is a restaurant in Karatsu City where you can enjoy delicious meat, and it is easy to access from the station. They offer Imari beef and black-haired wagyu, all of which have distinct aromas and flavors. The thick tongue is very smooth, and the taste is determined by just salt and lemon. The green onion tongue has a great texture when wrapped with green onions, and it pairs perfectly with the richness of the tongue. The yukhoe and assorted dishes are highly satisfying, and you can quickly get lost in eating even the stone-grilled bibimbap. There are table seats and a partitioned space with tatami mats, creating a calm atmosphere where families can relax.
