The small space with only a counter is comfortable and allows you to relax immediately. When I took a bite of the fried dumpling, the hot meat juice burst from the chewy skin, and I was impressed. Changing the flavor with mustard, vinegar, and vinegar pepper spread the taste, and every combination was excellent. The boiled dumplings were well coated with red oil sauce, and the smooth texture and savory spiciness lingered. The dry dan dan noodles deepened in richness the more I mixed them, and the thick sauce clung to the noodles, making me eat them eagerly. The mildly spicy pickled mustard greens were also perfect as a palate cleanser, allowing me to enjoy the waiting time.

The boiled dumplings have a chewy skin coated in a spicy red oil sauce, making them a perfect accompaniment to rice. The rice itself has just the right firmness and becomes chewy the more you bite into it, pairing excellently with the dumplings. If you combine it with slightly spicy pickled vegetables and beer, it makes for an even more enjoyable meal, leaving you very satisfied.
