The calm interior of the Japanese-style restaurant is spacious and comfortable, with a counter, tables, and tatami seating. They first serve warm tea and a wet towel, which is very comforting. The Mizunami Buono Pork Bowl features slices of pork arranged around the dish, complemented well by seaweed, green onions, pickled ginger, and a central egg. Breaking the yolk and mixing it with the rice enhances the creaminess, making it irresistible. The clam and green onion miso soup, as well as the small dishes of simmered konjac and potato salad, are also delightful. The sashimi is fresh, and the particularly translucent appearance of the squid left a strong impression.
