The shop, filled with the fragrant aroma of wood-fired pizza, is cute and clean, and you feel excited the moment you step inside. The owner, who runs the shop alone, is cheerful and easy to talk to, making it a very comfortable place. With certification for true Neapolitan pizza, the dough has an excellent aroma and the crust has a great texture. The award-winning pizza is topped with mashed potatoes, a soft-boiled egg, ham, and a whole burrata, and the mild flavor pairs well with the acidity of the dressing. The marinara with fresh shirasu, Bismarck, and Romana each have their own unique characteristics, and I was satisfied with all of them. I enjoyed the assorted appetizers, the salad with prosciutto, and even the cream cheese tiramisu, and I was happy that they wrapped up the leftover pizza for me.
