The hidden Italian restaurant located in a calm building at the east exit of Midorigaoka Park Station is charming and exciting just from its appearance. The pizzas baked in the wood-fired oven inside emit a savory aroma that whets the appetite. The classic Margherita has a chewy crust and a pleasant acidity from the tomatoes, making it easy to enjoy one whole piece. The Quattro Formaggi comes with honey, and the combination of rich cheese and sweetness is addictive. The shirasu (whitebait) peperoncino, while simple, stands out with its umami flavor, allowing for enjoyment without getting tired of it until the end. From appetizers to gelato and espresso, everything has a high level of satisfaction, making it a place I can confidently recommend to friends.
