When you enter the store, the bright smiles of the staff immediately greet you, which is comforting. The counter is lined with a variety of colorful obanzai (Japanese side dishes), and it's fun to choose a little bit of what you like. The daily specials, such as eel sashimi and heart-shaped skewers, are full of surprises, making you want to have another drink. The drink selection is also wide, with options like Heartland draft beer and the not-sweet lemon chuhai 'Tokyo', so you won't get bored. There are also chairs available in the back, allowing you to sit comfortably while still enjoying the standing bar atmosphere. A warm atmosphere flows where regulars and newcomers can naturally engage in conversation, making it a wonderful place where you might end up staying longer than planned.
