The owner, Mr. Fujii, is from Kagawa Prefecture. After graduating from Tsuji Culinary Institute, he trained at French and Japanese restaurants, and through his experience at a sake specialty restaurant, he became aware of the relationship between sake and cuisine, which led him to establish this restaurant. He places great importance on pursuing harmony between food and sake.
