Located in a residential area, the light spilling from the noren creates a nice atmosphere. Inside, there are only tatami rooms, and the feeling of smoke rising in the high-ceilinged spacious area is exciting. The meat is not heavily seasoned, allowing it to be grilled and enjoyed with a non-sweet soy sauce, which I prefer. The tongue and harami are cut thick, and the more you chew, the more flavor is released, making it satisfying to eat. You can also enjoy kimchi, sujidote stew, and tail curry, providing a high level of satisfaction. The simple and warm service allowed me to relax and spend time leisurely.
