Shops close to the station are always lively and often fully booked. The signature giant okonomiyaki is served on a metal shovel-like plate, which is exciting just to look at. The fluffy batter is packed with pork, shrimp, squid, and beef sinew, and each bite bursts with flavor. The style allows you to add your favorite sauce, bonito flakes, and aonori at the table, so you can enjoy adjusting the taste. The yakisoba and grilled squid legs are also fragrant, and it's delightful to share with the whole family to experience various flavors. Despite its size, it's easy to eat, so I think the trick is to first order one and check the rhythm of the cooking.
