In a cozy space centered around the counter, soft music plays, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The omakase has a rich umami flavor from the dashi, and the gentle taste permeates the entire dish. The sashimi wrapped in kombu is packed with umami, and the texture is delightful, leaving a strong impression. The fish, baked to a fluffy perfection, and the simmered vegetables show meticulous craftsmanship. The white miso soup, freshly cooked rice, and pickles are all well-balanced, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The traditional sweets and tea served after the meal, including matcha, are beautifully presented, allowing one to savor the lingering aftertaste.

It is pleasant to have a relaxed atmosphere where you can casually talk while watching the cooking right in front of you at the counter. The umami of the dashi is rich, and the aroma of the clear soup gently spreads. The grilled fish and the sashimi wrapped in kelp each show a sense of care in their preparation. The rice cooked in a clay pot is shiny and pairs well with the white miso soup. The grilled karasumi and the simmered root vegetables are also impressive and seem to go well with sake. Even the tea and lovely wagashi after the meal are carefully prepared, leaving you satisfied until the very end.
