The menu is extensive, featuring a variety of noodle dishes and side dishes, making the selection process enjoyable. The pho has a clear broth that pairs perfectly with the rice noodles, and adding a squeeze of lemon enhances its refreshing taste. The bun bo hue features fragrant broth that clings to the pressed noodles, with a subtle spiciness that becomes addictive. The fried spring rolls are bite-sized and crispy, and when eaten with salad, the contrast in texture is delightful.
