When you ask for recommendations, the friendly owner explains in a mix of Chinese and Japanese, making the selection process enjoyable. The boiled dumplings and soup dumplings have a smooth skin and gentle broth that are exquisite, with a natural flavor that doesn't hint at any chemical seasonings.
