Yakitori course ¥6000 per person
This course uses ingredients carefully selected by the owner, including Kishu lacto Umejidori, Akita Hinai Jidori chicken, Shinshu golden shamo duck, Kishu duck, and Hokkaido two-year aged snow chamber potatoes. This is a simple course with grilled dishes only. (*Some parts are rare and may be difficult to provide for groups.)

Jidori chicken purchased as whole chickens are dried in the refrigerator for several days and then the skin is baked until crispy. Each chicken is cooked and seasoned according to its own taste. Hinai Jidori, Shinshu Kogane Shamo, etc.
