Upon entering the store, it felt freshly renovated, clean, and exciting. The staff's warm smiles made it comfortable from the start. The signature katsu curry had a rich, deeply simmered sauce that made it hard to stop eating. The thick-cut katsu was crispy and satisfying to eat. The soy sauce ramen's broth combined the aroma of garlic with the sweetness of stir-fried bean sprouts, creating a lingering flavor. Overall, it was hearty and delicious until the end, making for a happy lunch.
