The mountain air is refreshing, and you can relax while enjoying the view of the fishing pond. There are various dishes made with mountain trout, and the fresh fish is fragrant and very delicious. The grilled fish is savory, with tender flesh that brings a smile to your face. The crispy fried dish is crunchy all the way to the bones and satisfying to eat. The miso soup with nameko mushrooms, rice, pickles, and homemade rice balls also had a comforting taste. Surrounded by the aroma of grilled fish, I enjoyed a happy time watching people enjoy fishing.
