You can see the grill from the counter, making the wait enjoyable. The eel, just taken out of the tank, is fluffy and has the best aroma. The surface is crispy while the inside has a melting texture, making each bite a delight. The bowl topped with wasabi leaves has a refreshing spiciness that keeps the chopsticks moving. The accompanying clam soup is light and enhances the umami of the eel. It's a cozy place where you can relax whether you're alone or in a tatami room, so if you love eel, you should definitely give it a try.
