It is a small oden shop located in an alley, but as you pass through the noren (curtain), a pleasant aroma spreads from the copper pot. The broth, which has been simmered for many years, has a gentle flavor that seeps deeply into the eggs and radishes. The black, simmered konnyaku and the large pyramid-shaped hanpen are unique and very delicious. The skewers of liver and chicken wings have a perfect balance of salt, with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. When I asked for the sashimi from the menu on the wall as a chef's choice, it was rich in fat and exceptionally fresh. The friendly owner and the proprietress greet you with smiles, making it a place where you can relax even if it's your first time.
