Funabashi Ichiba-don" at Hishinoki, a sushi restaurant in the buzzing Funabashi Market! For 500 yen more, you can have abalone and sea urchin in a "Shin Funabashi Ichiba-don"! Arrived at 11:10 on a weekday to eat the "Shin Funabashi Ichiba Donburi" with abalone and sea urchin for 500 yen extra! There were already about 20 people in line. As soon as we got to the end of the line, customers started arriving one after another, and the line quickly grew to about 45 people. Inside there were 3 tables for 4 people and 4 seats at the counter! Without hesitation, I ordered the "Shin Funabashi Ichiba Donburi"! There were almost one item at a time, but there were four pieces of chutoro (medium fatty tuna) only, and the soft-simmered abalone was also fantastic! All the ingredients were perfectly delicious, and the price of 2,000 yen was unbelievably good value for money! I want to eat here at least once a week. I want to eat there at least once a week.
