In a store interior where you can feel the warmth of wood, you can enjoy tasting while chatting with the staff. Although small in scale, the lineup is rich, and it's delightful to be able to compare various drinks. I particularly liked the barrel-aged Koshu and the dry nigori. I'm excited to encounter rare varieties like Berry Alicant. I also got to try sparkling plum wine, which showcases the breadth of options. True to its origins as a winery that started with grape cultivation, you can feel the care put into each bottle.
