As you pass through the noren (fabric divider), you are greeted by a nostalgic atmosphere, with tables and tatami rooms where you can relax comfortably. A warm oshibori (wet towel) is served first, helping you to unwind. You can choose between cold and hot soba, both of which are flavorful and delicious. The katsu (breaded pork cutlet) is pre-sliced for easy eating, the meat is tender, and you can add sauce to your liking. The tempura rice bowl has a visually appealing portion, and the shrimp is particularly tasty, making the combination with a smaller serving of soba enjoyable. When settling the bill, you receive some tenkasu (tempura scraps), which feels like a thoughtful gesture, and the portion size is just right for satisfaction.
